Did you like the naval combat in Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag? What if, Ubisoft built on those mechanics, and made an entire game out of it. Enter Skull and Bones, a naval open-world multiplayer title. Check some of the PVP gameplay out below:
Players will explore the high-seas of the open world, and work together (or solo, if you’re into that) to build their arsenal of ships, plunder sweet loot, and engage in PVP.
The game expands on the mechanics of Black Flag, increasing the role of ships and their weak-points, with environmental variables such as the wind.
Additionally, the game world will respond to increased piracy, as ‘pirate hunters’ will emerge to stamp down players as they continue to engage in looting and violence. It is suggested NOT to play this game solo.
Skull and Bones is expected to be released sometime during Fall (Spring) 2018.
