Rainbow Six Siege is Free This Weekend

Do you like free stuff? Yes? Well, do you like free stuff that lasts for only a weekend? Kinda? Oh… Well hey, that’s better than nothing! Today Ubisoft have announced that Rainbow Six Siege will be available for free from the 29th of July to the 31st of July via the Xbox Store and Steam/Uplay.

In all honesty, I loved Rainbow Six Siege. The game was intensely satisfying when you and your team mates pulled off daring attacks, or successfully defended despite the odds. Although, if you’re thinking of trying it out for the first time, don’t go alone. I’d always suggest a full party for the game, but if that’s not possible, at least two other friends.

Additionally, if you’re at all interested in the competitive side, you can tune into the Season Two Xbox One Pro League Finals and watch the players compete for a prize pool of $75,000. The broadcast is going ahead on the 30th of July here.

Been playing this as a solo player (fun but my teams are iffy most of the time), and I’m happy I managed to convince my buddy to get it thanks to the free weekend. Can’t wait to have someone trust worthy nearby for once lol.
