Well… this is interesting.
The upcoming WWI, 64-player first-person shooter, Battlefield 1 has a beta opening up tomorrow on August 31st, but it comes with some requirements. According to a Tweet made by the official Battlefield account, the open beta won’t require PlayStation Plus membership if you’replaying on PlayStation 4.

However, according to the same account, if you’re setting out to play on your Xbox One, you will require an Xbox Live Gold membership.

No news yet on when the beta will finish, but if you’ve signed up to the beta, you should be getting your codes today! Are you interested in the weapons you can use? There’s a trailer for that! There’s also a Premium Pass you can get, and also DLC that introduces the French Army!
Battlefield 1 will release October 21st for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
