OK Games is an independent Australian gaming website founded by four friends in 2015. We’re passionate about games and our mission is to simply share that passion with other Australian gamers whether it is through reviews, news, editorials, videos or podcasts. We’re just starting out and are completely new to this, so if you enjoy our content don’t be afraid to spread the word or send us your feedback.

Meet the team

Adam started with video games very early off in life with a NES and being from a tiny town in North Queensland where there isn’t much to do, he played a lot. Fast forward to the days of ‘Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare’ when Adam started to take gaming pretty seriously with Game Battles and other online tournaments. Adam then found the competitive scene and fell in love. Sports and video games. Adam has been following the competitive ‘Call of Duty‘ and ‘League of Legends‘ scene for the past 4 years or more and will keep you up to date on everything Esports.

David is an editor here at OK Games. He loves video games, particularly strong narratives, and cooperative experiences. There aren't many games he doesn't touch, except for MOBA's. Never MOBAS.

It began when he first played ‘Metal Gear Solid’. The ground breaking graphics, the sound, the story. He was in love with it. James currently leans more towards the Playstation and PC gaming, playing more competitive games such as ‘Counter Strike: Global Offensive’ and ‘League of Legends’, but is open to any and all video games. Video games to him are an art form like no other, and he hopes to share his love of games with the rest of the world.

As an only child with a single parent, money was tight. But his Mum scrounged and saved to get him his first computer. On it was DOOM, Dungeon Keeper and Take No Prisoners. From then until now, video games have ruled his life. Outside of that, he love animals, books, a good conversation/discussion/disagreement and the Sacramento Kings.

Joshua is a new contributor at OK Games, a fan of RPGs, strong narratives and whatever it is that Kingdom Hearts passes off as a plot. While admittedly a bit of a PlayStation fanboy, Joshua tries to bring an enthusiastic look at the medium he's so passionate about.

Julian has been involved in the games industry for more than a couple of years now, from working in retail to developing board games to judging Magic: the Gathering tournaments Australia wide. Now as a writer for OK Games he likes to explore niche titles that try to approach gaming from a different perspective. Now all he needs to do is start finishing all those games in his Steam Library...

Lauren's been at OK Games since the beginning, She's a passionate Xbox supporter even though she began her gaming with Nintendo and PlayStation. She loves her Bioshock Infinite influenced cat, Booker DeKatt, as well as complaining about things that don't need to be complained about.

We are members of the community who have the same passion for games as everyone at OK Games! You can find us contributing on their Twitter page (@OKGamesAUS), or on Facebook (facebook.com/okgamesaus). Come on over and have some fun!

Travis is the web designer/developer for OK Games. He enjoys a cheeky Halo, FIFA and yelling at footy/soccer/cricket/sport.

Zac is one of the co-founders of OK Games. He is an avid supporter of freedom of creativity in games and strongly opposed to all forms of censorship. A consumer of iced coffee and baked goods with a weakness for fluffy cats and nice shoes.
